Children's Summer course of metal hand engraving, Summer 2016

Techniques learned:

• introduction to the main types of gravers & chisels  , characteristics

• forming of  blanks of metal and wood

• Installation of the workpiece

• hand engraving hammer & chisel  tehnique on  aluminum and brass

• hand engraving  handpush tehnique

• hand engraving with airgraver system

• polishing of metal

• inlay on a metal plate in wood

• carvings on the wood frame

• metal inlay on wood

Also:

• work on woodworking lathe

• forging of iron on forge
